ADVENT ADVISORY GROUP LAUNCHES SERVICES EARLY TO MAXIMIZE SUCCESS OF CONTRACTED PHARMACY CLIENTS
NORTHPORT, NY – ADVENT ADVISORY GROUP has launched URAC data validation services for pharmacy clients that have attained URAC Accreditation and are required to report measures in 2017.
As a URAC-approved, independent third-party measure data validator, ADVENT ADVISORY GROUP has contracted directly with individual pharmacy organizations to perform validation services of measures result submissions to URAC to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
“We are excited to get started with our clients,” said Advent CEO Jean Vertefeuille. “Drawing on our extensive experience providing audit and measure certification services we know that a pilot year validation can be challenging to clients new to auditing and reporting. That’s why we initiated services prior to the URAC’s project initiation date of 5/31. We are looking forward to providing our unique blend of educational materials, client calls, and unsurpassed service to our new clients throughout the data validation process.”
The team will be led by Brian White who has a 20-year career in healthcare, which includes performing business analytics for the pharmaceutical industry, auditing Medicare health plans, and leading reviews of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) systems and measure code. He will be joined by four seasoned auditors whose collective experience in healthcare surpasses 100 years. “We have a top notch team in place who can efficiently deliver the validation services while educating clients along the way,” noted Brian White, URAC Program Manager. “Next week I will start meeting with each client to discuss the process, how we plan to deliver services, and answer any questions they have. It is a great first step towards building the long-term partnerships Advent seeks to establish with its clients.”
URAC has established the data validation period to begin July 1 2017 through September 30, 2017.
